Establish the working group with the project manager to plan roll-out, determining milestones and checkpoints.
Discuss current business processes and challenges, and identify requirements to deliver a successful implementation. Agree the project outcomes and expected business benefits, then identify early adopter projects.
Further define your requirements, taking into consideration; standards, filing protocols and collaboration needs within, and outside of the business. Review the best options for rollout and whether to use a phased approach.
This is the primary delivery stage during which your solution will be developed and configured. Regular reviews during this stage will enable fine-tuning and so lead to a better solution for you. Our consultants also assist with Go Live planning.
We work with you to ensure the solution is deployment ready. This will typically include a pilot or first adopter deployment to ensure your organisation is ready and enabled to utilise the new solution, with post deployment consultancy support if required.
