Government and Defence

Cyber secure CDE for the delivery of capital projects and the maintenance of sensitive asset information

Highest levels of security
for sensitive projects

GroupBC offers a trusted UK owned and hosted solution used by many government departments, agencies and defence clients, across many critical national infrastructure projects. Our solution supports UK government standards for digital construction (Level 2 BIM) by supporting BS 1192/ PAS 1192/ ISO 19650 standards, as well as those projects subject to CPNI and NIS Directive audit.

Whilst our prime delivery model is cloud hosted SaaS, we also have the facility to support hybrid and on-premise deployment for those clients with established infrastructure and governance, or where data sovereignty may apply.

UK Government G-Cloud

GroupBC has been awarded a place on the UK Government Digital Marketplace, and the Commercial Services G-Cloud 11 agreement for the supply of Cloud Software.

G-Cloud 11 provides an accelerated procurement facility for public sector buyers (and many of the UK's colleges and universities) to search for and procure SaaS based cloud software. Buyers are assured that the technology on offer is aligned to the National Cloud Security Centre's 14 principles on cloud security, ensuring fully secure access and storage of data, and integrity of suppliers.

See if your organisation is registered to buy from G-Cloud by checking the customer Unique Reference Number (URN) list.

Highly secure, private cloud

GroupBC is one of the only CDE providers to offer a ring-fenced, single instance, private cloud solution. This is a UK developed, hosted and supported CDE, delivered with the reassurance that your data will never leave or be accessed from outside of the UK.

Where security protocols dictate, this single instance approach means the system can be installed on-premise on an organisation’s dedicated and secure network, or in the cloud. For international clients, we can deploy our CDE on-premise, or on local AWS or Microsoft Azure data centres.
