Dynniq green-light Common Data Environment (BC CDE) on Mersey Gateway Bridge project

Dynniq (formally Imtech Traffic and Infra UK) is using BC CDE to store, manage and control documents and data related to their Intelligent Transport Systems on the Mersey Gateway Bridge project.

The Mersey Gateway Bridge is a new multi lane toll bridge across the River Mersey and the Manchester Ship canal, which is due for completion by autumn 2017.

Dynniq will be developing and installing the Traffic Control and Information Systems on the bridge and peripheral roads enabling the operator to monitor and manage the flow across it. Collaboration is key to the project success and the BC CDE has been implemented to provide the central platform.

Dynniq first encountered BC CDE during a Joint Venture project with Mouchel and were impressed by its ease of use and flexibility. The system quickly proved its value in terms of reducing risk, improving quality and creating time efficiencies across the project. There are plans to roll the BC CDE out across the business to support other projects in the future.
