About us

We make software that helps our customers build the future

Over the past 20 years, GroupBC has been at the forefront of the digital transformation of information management across the built environment.  Nationwide Building Society, our first enterprise customer in 1998, recently upgraded their programme management system in order to manage delivery of a major branch transformation programmes and are testament to our unique offering and focus on customer service.

We don’t simply develop document and information management systems. We aim to support an organisation’s operational capabilities by delivering meaningful insights through our market-leading applications in areas such BIM & collaboration, GIS & connected data integrations, programme management & assurance, and property & asset performance.

Core to this is a true understanding of the diverse requirements of organisations that design, build, and operate built assets. As the industry continues its digital transformation, the demand for systems to drive bottom-line savings through improved project delivery and asset optimisation has grown. GroupBC provides these solutions, supporting organisations on their progressive adoption of better information management.

Known as a technological innovator, we work closely with key industry, technology and business partners, including UK BIM Alliance, PCSG, Ordnance Survey, OpenTree, CEMAR and Eque2, as well as our customers, to share knowledge and drive adoption of digital construction across the industry.
