Find it with BC!
The Common Searches tab in BC provides users with rapid access to a number of pre-configured, frequently required searches in a simple format. For instance, All Documents Sent to My Company in the last 7 days.
The result of these searches can be edited using the Advanced Search menu if required, allowing users to further refine the results, e.g. pinpoint only those documents from a particular user, company or change the date range.
As with all Advanced Searches, these results can be exported to create a report, saved for future use or shared with other users.
