We value feedback on improving both our company and product, whether gathered during our User and Focus groups, sales meetings, training sessions, consultancy workshops or via our Technical Support team.


  • Help and Support
    Organisations which run their own BC server have access to specialist Technical Support via phone and email. We also provide detailed Online Help tools for end-users.
  • Software Maintenance
    BC is continually being improved with new features taking advantage of progress in enabling technologies. Bug fixes and software upgrades will be provided as soon as they become available.
  • Hosting
    We offer one of the most flexible hosting packages in the industry with options including a full ASP service; supporting your own ASP service; or a fully client-owned option.

  • User Group
    You will have the opportunity to attend BC User Group every year where client feedback is valued and can help to shape future development plans.
  • Focus Groups
    We run several Focus Groups throughout the year, where users can network with their peers and discuss functionality relevant to their industry / group. Currently these consist of Utilities, CAD, and Administration, Training and Support.
  • Newsletters
    Users are encouraged to sign up for our regular newsletter where they not only learn about the latest client, product and company news, delivered direct to their desktop, but also receive top tips (see right) on how to get the most from BC (or even generic computer usage)

Those Double Click Blues
After years of using Windows, we are all accustomed to double click to start applications and open files. However in BC all interaction is performed by a single click.

To open a document or folder you only need to click once. The same thing goes for buttons. Each click sends out a request across the internet. By double clicking you send the same request twice, making an additional unnecessary request.

By single clicking your way through BC you experience a faster and more responsive environment. Added to which you will increase the life span of your mouse and therefore save money and the environment!
