Mouchel Parkman have chosen Business Collaborator as the preferred supplier of Collaboration and Extranet software under an enterprise agreement.

Mouchel Parkman, the professional support services group, have recently agreed to extend their existing Business Collaborator (BC) icences into an Enterprise agreement.

The Strategic Highways division of Mouchel Parkman have used BC on projects since 2004, in particular on the M25 Sphere for the Highways Agency. They recognised early on that they required a document management system in order to improve collaboration on projects and save time wasted locating correct document versions.

It's success in that division, together with it's flexible commercial model, hosting options and high degree of configurability made BC a natural choice when the Mouchel Parkman Group decided to embark upon the search for a suitable group-wide project collaboration system.

The choice of document storage methods such as the ability to mix traditional folder-based structures together with unstructured collections of multiple 'tagged' files were also key differentiators as they could see how BC would benefit a range of different projects managed by different business streams.

The initial roll-out to 500 users is expected to increase to 1000+ users over the next 12 months. A full fact sheet is available to download here.
