Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust aim to improve collaboration using BC

Business Collaborator (BC) is being used by Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to manage the documentation for two schemes on its Harperbury site. The schemes involve the construction of a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Rehabilitation Unit, plus the upgrading of a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) unit. The combined value of the schemes is £18m and they will be completed in June 2009.

BC will be used by the client and supply chain to manage the documentation relating to the schemes. Formal workflow processes will also be configured in order for the team to more efficiently communicate and transfer information between different parties.
