Experience or understanding of the collaboration market may be an advantage in some roles but is not essential.

Current positions include:

• Solution Development (implementing tailored solutions)
• Product Development (work on the core development of BC)
• Junior / Senior Consultants (a broad range of strategic and implementation focused activities)

For technical roles, applicants should have a good computer related degree, and show experience of object oriented programming and design using high level scripting languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby and Perl.

For consultancy roles, you should be confident and enthusiastic with excellent relationship building and communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be good at problem-solving with the ability to capture and evaluate client requirements efficiently and effectively. A good degree, preferably in a science or computing-based subject, is required, with demonstrable post graduate experience in an IT implementation, project management, service delivery or systems analyst / support role.
