o'flynn construction / ballincollig town centre regeneration project

O'Flynn Construction are using BC as a project extranet for the mixed use regeneration scheme of Ballincollig Town Centre, near Cork in Ireland. They purchased the 90-acre former military barracks in 2003 in order to construct a new town centre for Ballincollig comprising residential, commercial and retail elements. This is a unique development in Ireland as it is a new town centre running along the full length of an existing Main Street.

Over the lifespan of a large project, online issue sheets help to speed up turnaround times and save on postage costs. Project dashboards link directly to issued documents allowing team members to be fully up to date with project status, and also, if allowed, see across their companies' tasks providing a complete overview on progress.

BC will also be the extranet for O'Flynn's latest regenretaion project, Eastgate, near Cork, which will be the areas largest retail park when it is completed. The site, comprising a 35-acre retail park and an 84-acre business park with a new village centre.
